How can I get help with Squarespace?

Just open up a ticket via the Contact Us page, or the Open Ticket interface in your site manager. Someone will be with you shortly to answer your question. The FAQ you're reading is also an excellent resource for instant answers to most questions.

How soon will I get a response to my support question?

Most queries will be responded to within a few hours. We strive to respond to support queries within the same day, but this may vary depending upon the details of the support query.

Who will respond to my support query?

Someone important. Squarespace support is not outsourced, and you will receive a response from a member of the Squarespace team who's familiar with the application and knows what they're talking about.

Do you provide phone Support?

No. While we don't have a phone number for support, you can still easily contact us for support via our Contact Us page on our main site or by opening a support ticket within the Support section of your site manager.

How should I report what I believe to be a problem, error, or bug with Squarespace?

The best way to help us is to provide as much information as possible. In addition, if you can reproduce the problem repeatedly -- that will help us out immensely as well. Just write down the detailed steps that reproduce the bug and send them to us by opening up a support ticket found under the Support menu of your site manager. Include URLs to the problem on your site where applicable!

I reported a bug and support indicated they would look into it. How will I know when the bug has been resolved?

Once the bug has been fixed, we'll immediately reply to your support ticket informing you of the fix.

I suggested a new feature. How will I know when the feature has been introduced?

New features are usually announced with new releases of Squarespace which are listed under the Service Updates found on the Overview page of your site manager. Naturally, not all features suggested are actually implemented, but we do read and take into account all feature requests.
