Embedding a Vimeo Video
If you do not already have one, create an account with Vimeo (it's free!) If you would like to embed media hosted elsewhere, such as YouTube or Google video, the steps outlined in this tutorial should serve as an adequate guide for adding their code to your page as well.
Step 1 - Log in
Log in to Vimeo with your account, and click the 'upload' button at the top of your screen.

Step 2 - Upload
Click the 'browse' button to select a video file from your computer. Vimeo currently accepts asf, asx, avi, divx, dv, dvx, m4v, mov, mp4, mpeg, mpg, qt, wmv, 3g2, 3gp, 3ivx and 3vx file formats.

Step 3 - Embed your Video
After uploading, click to the link to 'go to video.' On the page that displays, click the 'embed' button on the video for the code to add this to your site.

You can add this to any page configured to accept code, or to a journal entry, by switching to the Raw HTML editor, and pasting in the code from Vimeo.
